Emily Bradner earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Florida. She also completed her Dietetic Internship with Aramark at Virginia Hospital Center in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. She proceeded on to pass the Commission on Dietetic Registration Exam to be established as a Registered Dietitian. Emily is also licensed in the state of Florida to treat patients with medical nutrition therapy. She will be pursuing a certification to become a Holistic Cannabis Practitioner and following this she will achieve her Master of Science in Cannabis Medicine.
Emily’s experience as a Dietitian includes diabetes management, nutritional deficiency correction, gastrointestinal disorders, oncology nutrition, weight management, eating disorder treatment, addiction treatment, intensive critical care, and much more. She has worked with all stages of life through teaching nutrition classes, applying clinical nutrition skills, and conducting individualized nutrition counseling.
Over the years Emily’s interest and understanding of medical marijuana has grown rapidly as she’s indulged herself in the current research, worked in the industry, and witnessed countless patient success stories with cannabis. She worked in a dispensary so she understands product knowledge and what to expect when navigating the different options. Her true passion is with medical cannabis, and she is grateful to be part of Affordable Marijuana License to give our patients extra support within the cannabis community.
