Dr. Neal is a highly qualified and accomplished medical professional with a strong background in family medicine and aesthetic medicine. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at Orange Park Medical Center in Orange Park, Florida, from July 2017 to June 2020. Prior to that, he obtained his Medical Doctorate from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, from August 2010 to June 2015. Dr. Neal also holds a Master’s Degree in Anatomical Sciences from Wright State University, which he obtained between August 2009 and April 2016, with a thesis focused on the impact of timing of administration of certain medications on post-ischemic stroke outcomes.

Dr. Neal is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds an active and unrestricted medical license from the State Medical Board of Florida. Additionally, he possesses a Controlled Substances License from the Drug Enforcement Agency. His expertise extends beyond family medicine, as he is also certified by the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine. He has completed Step 1 and Step 2 of the certification process, enabling him to perform a range of aesthetic procedures including neurotoxin injections, filler injections, chemical peels, and laser rejuvenation.

With a diverse professional experience, Dr. Neal has served as the Medical Director and Aesthetic Medicine Practitioner at Pura Vida Body and Mind Spa in Fleming Island, Florida, since March 2020. He specializes in neurotoxin injections, filler injections, and intense pulsed light therapy. Previously, he worked in urgent care settings at Avecina Medical and as a locum tenens physician in urgent care. He has also been involved in wound care in post-acute care facilities through Vohra Wound Physicians/Florida Post-Acute Care Clinicians.

Dr. Neal’s dedication to his field is evident through his professional affiliations, including membership with the American Academy of Family Physicians since July 2017, where he actively contributes to the Florida Chapter.
